This particular course is mainly based on hands on learning. The digital marketing manager is a practical discipline; the best way to develop is to ‘learn-by-doing’. TRAINING REQUISITE
This course is suitable for new digital marketing managers with little or no digital marketing knowledge who would like to adopt a more structured approach to digital marketing delivery and to gain practical work experience.
TRAINING FORMAT & SET UP
This training is formatted to see Digital Marketing Manager paired with a team comprising of Project managers, BA, PMO, Tester, Developer and a PSO. The Marketing manager will collaborate with the development team over a period of 8weeks in delivering the social strategy & plan for the project they have been given using a combination of digital marketing principles and insights. Our CedExp platform will readily make available all the templates used in the project environment for the Product Managers, from Target Audience Report, Marketing Mix, Product/Market Fit Canvas, to Social Media Strategy, Data Analytics, to Digital Planning and KPI management etc.
At the end of the training, the marketing manager will be able to demonstrate, principles for learn how to work the various platforms so their brand speaks the right language and stays meaningful. They will learn how to create mesmerising content and put it in the right place at the right time and drive online consumer behaviour towards conversion. Last but not least candidates will be able to apply the superpowers of analytics to optimize their offering. The manager will also have had the full end to end delivery experience on a project which will now go into their CV as references for work they have delivered.
We will also ensure that the manager’s CV is well aligned with industry standards.
- 8 weeks Training with 1hr weekly face to face catch up with Anthony
