CRM & Business Intelligence are becoming increasingly in high demand across different industry sectors and their role is critical for unearthing the relationships between them and turning them to actionable insights that drives important business decisions.

Become a Sales force CRM specialist by learning how to manage data in the Salesforce CRM, and gaining the business intelligence skills required to develop a specialist career as a Salesforce CRM expert.

TRAINING REQUISITE

This course is suitable for CRM personnel with little or no CRM knowledge who would like to adopt a more structured approach to CRM and to gain practical work experience.

TRAINING FORMAT & SET UP

The training runs for 8 weeks (Full day Saturdays 9am – 5pm once every 2 months) where delegate will be trained in detail on data and insights analytics. After all the training has been completed, candidates are then ready for their first roles.
